As Christian parents, we want nothing more to see our children saved by the grace of God. We pray for the Lord to open their hearts. We teach them God’s Word so that they will know God and His plan of salvation. We bring them to church so that they will hear the gospel preached and see sinners transformed by the gospel. Some of the most difficult challenges in ministry today are found in situations involving marriage, divorce, and remarriage. While Scripture speaks to these issues, Christ’s church throughout history has struggled to understand these truths and apply these principles into the lives of believers.
